When you purchased the PRO version, you used a different email address than the one you used to first log in to your Free Squirrly account.
Therefore, your WordPress site is still associated with the initial email address – NOT the one you are currently using with your PRO account.
This guide will help you Easily fix it. Don’t worry, all the SEO settings you’ve made while using the Free version will be safe.
To connect with the correct email address, please follow these steps:
1. Go to WordPress > the Plugins tab and deactivate the Squirrly SEO plugin.
2. In the popup that appears, select the option “Disconnect from Cloud” to complete the disconnection.
3. Activate the Squirrly SEO plugin, then connect using the correct email address.
